Preparation Instructions

To make this smoothie bowl, follow these steps:

  1. Heat the plant milk on your stovetop or in the microwave. 
  2. Steep the chai tea bags with cinnamon and turmeric in hot water for 3 to 4 minutes. 
  3. Remove the tea bags and whisk the milk with the tea mixture. 
  4. Pour this mixture into a blender. 
  5. Add 1 tablespoon of chia seeds, the honey or maple syrup, the almond butter, the oats, the banana, and the protein and collagen powder into the blender. 
  6. Blend these ingredients to your desired consistency. 
  7. Pour the smoothie into a jar and add 1 tablespoon of chia seeds. Mix thoroughly. 
  8. Place the jar into the fridge for at least 1 hour to thicken.
