Happy Valentine’s Day! Stuffed animals, flowers, and chocolates are all around. If you’re like many of us you may have forgotten to make dinner reservations for your Valentine’s Day date. But not to worry! Here are some fun date ideas to get yours and you valentine’s hearts pumpin’:
Dance the night away. Take a dance class with your significant other, you’ll get your body moving and learn some new dance moves. If you’re looking for something more intimate try a late night dinner and dancing date.
Work it out. Even though it’s Valentine’s Day, it doesn’t mean you need to skip the gym. Go on a romantic hike with your significant other. Lead them to a beautiful view and enjoy a picnic style late lunch or early dinner. If it’s not weather appropriate for an outdoor activity take a workout class together, maybe a dance-cardio class. Then head over to your local shake shop for some post workout shakes.
Go for a bike ride. If going on a run or hike is too much of a sweat try something easier like taking a bike ride around your local park. Go site seeing and end the date back at your place for a romantic home cooked meal.
Channel your inner kid. If you’re looking for some indoor fun challenge your significant other to a game of laser tag or some ice skating fun. Both are great ways to get you moving and maybe even break a sweat - depending on how intense your game of laser tag gets.
